Working principle
The material vertically falls into the high-speed rotating impeller from the upper part of the machine, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides and crushes at high speed with another part of the material that is divided in an umbrella shape around the impeller. After colliding with each other, the material will form vortices between the impeller and the casing, and collide and rub against each other multiple times to crush it. It is discharged directly from the lower part, forming a closed loop and multiple cycles. It is controlled by the screening equipment to achieve the required particle size of the finished product.
